Owls Hoot Barn specialize in intimate and micro weddings of up to 250 people as well as elopements, engagement parties, and photo shoots.

Do you require event insurance for weddings or private events?
Yes, we require Special Event Liability Insurance for all weddings and private events held at our venue.
Can we bring our own caterer to your wedding venue?
Yes, outside catering is welcome if they are board of health certified.
What happens if it rains during my wedding or event?
In case of rain, ceremonies can be moved under our 3,000 sq ft covered Pavilion or held indoors on the dance floor of the Main Reception Barn.
Is your wedding venue climate-controlled for hot or cold weather?
Yes, the Main Reception Barn has industrial heating and air conditioning. The Pavilion is equipped with multiple fans for warm weather events.
How many parking spaces are available at your venue?
We have on-site parking for 40 cars. Events with over 100 guests are required to use shuttle services.
Can we include our dog in the wedding ceremony?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome in both our venue and lodging spaces. We kindly ask for a donation to support our dog rescue and rehabilitation efforts in Puerto Rico.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
We can seat up to 180 guests for dining and dancing inside the Barn and over 200 guests for outdoor dining in the Pavilion.
Are restrooms available for guests?
Yes, we have 4 restrooms on-site, including 2 communal, 1 ADA-compliant, and 1 staff bathroom.
What time can guests start arriving for our wedding or event?
Guests can begin arriving as early as 2 PM in most cases, but please coordinate early photo sessions with your photographer.
What time do weddings and events end at your venue?
Event music must end by 10 PM in the Main Barn. Outdoor bonfires conclude by 11:30 PM for non-overnight guests.
Can we host an after-party at your venue?
Yes, after-parties are allowed with a supervision fee to ensure guest safety and premises management.
Are candles allowed at your wedding venue?
Yes, candles are permitted as long as they are contained and used in agreed-upon locations for safety.
